Refund policy

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition as received, and in the original packaging. Furthermore, to qualify for a return, the turban material must remain intact without any rips, cuts, or alterations in length, stitching, stains, marks, or damages to the fabric.

Unfortunately, we do not offer money back refunds. However, purchase credit will be provided for all qualified and approved returns, which can be used for future purchases. Returns will not be accepted for products that are faulty, damaged, used, or not in their original condition as purchased.

Items must be in their original packaging and condition to qualify. Customers are also responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning items to receive purchase credit.

To request a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. We reserve the right to decline returns due to damage or hygiene concerns. Our returns policy is valid for 14 days, meaning purchase credit or exchanges cannot be offered for purchases made beyond this period. Original shipping costs will not be included in the Purchase Credit. 

Changed Your Mind? Exchange?

If you change your mind regarding a colour or incorrect purchase, we can offer an exchange. Consumers are responsible for covering all shipping costs when returning an item for exchange, unless otherwise specified by The Maharaj & Company. Please contact us by email:
